Message： Good day sir, My boss bought ucancam v9 sometimes ago and we are having issues with the installations. Each time you launch the application it keeps saying dongle not found even when the dongle is connected and lighted up. Can you shed more light on this please. muid 2015/01/07

Message： UcanCam v10, downloaded one week ago. Using a 12.7mm tool, area clearance fails on a rectangle between 40mm/100mm wide and 20mm/100mm wide. A 12.7mm tool should be able to clear a 20mm by 100mm rectangle. The same drawing works in V.9. the path only fails in V10. It will work if you switch on offset. but when the slot gets smaller an unmachined piece is left in the middle. Like you profile milled a 7mm slot with a 3mm tool. Sorry but it seems like a bug. gary 2014/11/03
