We are trying to learn the basics of the machining by means of your video tutorials. As a whole, we have found them very useful. We wonder if you keep the english script of the clips uploaded in your site and if you can send them to us by return e-mail. Our idea is to create a “youtube” account of your clips with subtitles in Spanish. This can only mean a benefit for you as , this way, your software will be more widely known and your sales in spanish -speaking countries might rise.     1. Reply： V9.7 can work on win7 64 bit. maybe your dongle driver is not installed on your PC. you can uninstall Ucancam. then reinstall it( not cancel the last step ) ( 2014/10/08 )

  8. Message： Hiya, Can you please create tutorial videos for editing toolpaths!! In V9 it is so very difficult to edit toolpaths 🙁 (or so it seems!) The toolpaths created are not always the most efficient; For example imagine a group of 7 parallel lines….. The best way would be to machine a line and drop to the next then machine back then drop to the next and machine that etc etc But, the toolpath created by Ucancam does not do this!?! Simon 2014/10/08

  9. Message： Hello, I have just started using the UCanNest software.I was wondering how you change the grid size for the UCanNest V9 work area. My plasma table is 4ft by 4ft but my grid/work area in the software shows 16 inches by 16 inches. Can I change the size of this or does the size of the grid not matter for creating toolpaths.
