Message： My client is using your UcanCam V10 Pro. He is using free files to 3d engrave images. The first one went well no problems. When choosing toolpath on the second file the ucancam gave him an error : out of memory. The first file is 139mb and the second one with the error is 236mb. He is trying to use the “surface rough – Rough parallel” function. What could otherwise be the problem? Thank you in advance. Ronica Wright 2018/02/22

Reply： if you can open the file , you can export the drawing as dxf file. then import it in the new version ( 2018/02/22 )

Message： Hello, How do I put bridges in the place I want them in V10? I have the video from the tutorial section of your site but it is based on V9. V10 doesnt have a Nesting tab at the top. I know how to add bridges in Profile Machining but I need to be able to move the bridge to a specific place. My work is getting destroyed because I cant put the correct bridge in. Reply： if without reverse milling, , toolpath will add many the tool up and tool down movement, it will take alot time. and add the posbillity of tool broken. ( 2018/02/12 )

Message： Hello, i have UCanCam V10. My problem is that when i cut something in my machine ,lets say its a 30mm hole in a 3mm aluminium. If ill tell it to cut in layers (of 0.30mm each cut) the machine will go up and down again for every level. How can i cancel it so the machine will go down only once?? Thank you Dean 2018/02/02

Reply： for level milling, if you tool don’t need tool go up. the point of end of the level and start of the next must be same on XY plane. ( 2018/02/02 )
