Message： Hi i writing from mexico, and i have a problem with the initiation, when software being before of open anything it unhide a message says it the “the dongle not found” pharps to be a drive that isn’t installing. i have the USB licence, and opened UCANCAM in another devices. Message： I have ucancam v10 professional version ….it’s not giving me accurate results…. Example .. when i draw a circle of 50mm diameter on Ucancam then the machine cut a circle of 170mm and i have tried with different tools it still give the problem AMA 2018/03/13

Message： My client is using your UcanCam V10 Pro. He is using free files to 3d engrave images. The first one went well no problems. When choosing toolpath on the second file the ucancam gave him an error : out of memory. The first file is 139mb and the second one with the error is 236mb. He is trying to use the “surface rough – Rough parallel” function. What could otherwise be the problem? Thank you in advance. Ronica Wright 2018/02/22

Reply： if you can open the file , you can export the drawing as dxf file. then import it in the new version ( 2018/02/22 )
