  6. Message： I have ver.11.5, which is the latest. That version works fine on my cnc, but when i move dongle to my other pc there is no tool library and error “can’t find the file:ToolLib_en.db!” appears.In fact there is such file, i tried reinstalling from installator attached to my dongle, also from your site. i tried to copy manually all program files from my cnc to my other pc, i tried to copy only this file, none of these methods worked.   8. Message： Hello, we bought long ago Ucancam v9 with Dongle SN:M1008039 the problem is we move to new PC and only can find download for V9.8 and it wont open our old files! When I try to import it says that the file format is wrong .ucc but .ucc is the right format. Thanks and best of wishes, Leo Leo 2021/11/24
