Message： Previously my customer is a V8 version user. Due to compueter upgrade, recently my customer have purchase a new V11 standard version to install on new computer. Installation is successfully. We found problem when we use V11 ucancam to open existing file from V8, it show bad format and can not open. How should we solve this? CL 2021/10/28

Message： Hi, I Have a Ucannest V10 dongle which is working fine for windows 7, I’ve recently received a window 10 laptop and have installed the software but have issues with the dongle drives.
