Message： Hello, we bought long ago Ucancam v9 with Dongle SN:M1008039 the problem is we move to new PC and only can find download for V9.8 and it wont open our old files! Message： Previously my customer is a V8 version user. Due to compueter upgrade, recently my customer have purchase a new V11 standard version to install on new computer. Installation is successfully. We found problem when we use V11 ucancam to open existing file from V8, it show bad format and can not open. How should we solve this? CL 2021/10/28

Message： Hi, I Have a Ucannest V10 dongle which is working fine for windows 7, I’ve recently received a window 10 laptop and have installed the software but have issues with the dongle drives. Our IT team have found that the drivers aren’t trusted in our machine. Could you please provide us the setup file which are in a trusted list for Win10 drivers. Many thanks Karl 2021/10/26
