Message： some of my friend has engraving machine model syhu-1218 with Ucancam V8 , but nobody know how to use, I read the manual and I can now know how to start the work and how to desigen , but the problem is how to adjast the material on the machine surface and how to know which tool must use up to the material, pls help me to know more about the tools and how to put the material on the machine nd if u plz send me the site of shengyhuanyu ( the manefactoring of the machine ) thanks Mohamed Reda 2008/05/23

Message： Hello, I have been trying to get my artcut software to send cut/plot files. I have done the items you have in this forum, but still cannot cut. In the output to Cutter box it reads in status and is flickering. The Plotter is online as I can test thru my Ioline Control Center, but cannot find out why it will not send cut file to plotter thru Artcut. Plotter-Ioline Studio 8/20, running Windows XP on com 1. Message： hi there I have a small problem I use art cutt 2000 and when I am done desinging I start to cut but my O’s or other letters with a round edge are being cut they seem to cut into the letter so the is a bit missing I have never had a perfect O yet why is this please help thanks Gavin abell 2008/05/04

Message： How do you get the cursor to turn back into a cursor, after, for example, selecting the circle drawing tool and you then want to turn the tool back into the cursor, (to hold down control and drag a line through it to select it)how do you turn it back to a cursor? P.S. your software is just great, easy to learn. I have never used software to program cnc before and this is so easy to learn and use. Thanks Mike 2008/04/18

Message： Hi we purchassed your software from ebay, when we received it we have the Artcut software but we only receive one CD, I have found out that we need the second CD. The CD we have is the one on the left hand side English/German Version. How can I get the other CD on the right hand side. George 2008/04/11
