Message： Hi we purchassed your software from ebay, when we received it we have the Artcut software but we only receive one CD, I have found out that we need the second CD. The CD we have is the one on the left hand side English/German Version. How can I get the other CD on the right hand side. George 2008/04/11

Message： hi,I have a rabbit plotter 360. I worked with artcut2005 very well, till now. The Artcut programm, won’t start anymore and askes for the 2end cd. Wenn I insert this white cd (with KONA written on it), nothing happens. Even not wen I press the OK botton. How can I get Artcut to work again?? Claudia claudia 2008/04/11

Message： Hi . I am having problems importing DXF files into Ucancam. If I have drawn anything with circles in our drawing programme and then deleted part of the circle, I then export it in DXF and import it into Ucancam it opens showing the deleted parts of the circles. Reply： hello my friend, we are the manufacturer of the software only, and you should select the model of you machine accordingly. We can work on 98, 2000, XP, Vista, no matter SP1 , SP2, or the SP3 at hand.If your windows is not 98, pls click cut\plot–>setup–> sequential control, check the 2nd and 3rd option. ( 2008/04/09 )

Reply： “If you are using Artgrave 2002 Software to transfer the date, I think it is the very software you need. And if your machine has its own output software, you can use Ucancam V8 to generate the G code, then use output software to transfer date.” ( 2008/04/08 )

Message： I have a rabbit cutter and am using artcut which came with my cutter but am having problems loading the loading the software it has been working fine till now, it just says please insert the install disk which I have done but the software wont load any ideas Adrian 2008/03/26

Message： Hi I have purchased a plotter machine from the following site http://www.joyssewingmachines.co.uk/html/frameset_cutting.html Their model number is PF1350 Vinyl Sign Cutting Plotter When we came to load the drivers for the printer under the driver tab there were a lot of drivers however in the instruction manual it does not tell you what driver to select, there is no model number on the machine that helps me, can you assist me?We are trying to get the Artcut software to see the machine.
