Message： We bought a Jinan CNC Router which was delivered with Wentai Uncancam V8. The dongle is damaged so now we can not use the software. How can we become a replacement dongle. We have send e-mails to wentai several times but doesn’t get any answer. Ad 2008/03/13

Message： I have same problem as FRANCISCO RICO, I tried every possible ways, stil ask me: “Please Insert the install CD-R, then press OK!” but install CD-R I have in drive!!! No matter about antivirus, firewall or any changes, nothing help. Could you advice what’s wrong? Magy 2008/03/03
