  1. Message： I have artcut 6 and im trying to install it onto windows vista. Is there a way to install it to the computer. Or do I have to install a driver for the cutter/plotter, like the sd series software. Also is it better to use the USB or the other port that is located next to the USB port. We have a ARTSIGN SD-720/800/960/1120/1360. Vince 2008/06/11

The software have been cutting very fine until recently I sent a file to the plotter it will pop up window with the following information: ”an nnamed file was not found”what should I do to resolve this and be able to cut?   6. Message： I have artcut V6.1.6 and have loaded the software.I am using a Joycut Plotter (Redsail) MH 1351. I have two roblems. 1.I can get the plotter and software to work together but the plotter does not cut the first letter correctly. It is either missing or the middle of the letter is missing. 2.The letter size is not correct! In the software I have selected 40mm high and the plotter cuts 25mm high I have checked the ratio is at 100%. I have spent 2 days on this testing different options. Thank you Phil Phil 2008/05/29

  7. Message： I have the Art Cut 2005 software. When I installed into my pc, it runs ok, but when I click on the Art Cut icon it asks me to insert the install CD-R. I already uninstall the software, and made all the installation again, but the program asks me to insert the install CD-R, and when I put the CD, it doesn’t read it. It’s a legally software. Message： we have a problem when we try to machin a file using relief machining size is 50*50cm and it takes long time , more than 2 hour and 30 minwe try to accelaret the speed ratio using zbh prog but still same , when caculat the time in the controler set it show more than 2 hour and also is there any way to add pic in the Ucancam prog in my liberary?plz help us thanks Mohamed Reda 2008/05/28
    1. Reply： it is quite common a relief machining take you 2 or 3 hours, and you can and any vector graphs in to library by click “save” in ucancam “symbol library”. ( 2008/05/28 )

Message： hi, I am using artcut 6 software with my plotter, but I am having trouble with importing files into the the artcut software for cutting on plotter, ive tried several different file formats, but when I import a file it doesn’t show up on artcut, just a blank work area, everything else works fine, just importing files doesn’t. ant suggestions ian 2008/05/26
