  4. Message： hi my dongle sn:m11-4-0189 when I use it on a windows7 laptop is says”The dongle not found”. The green light is on. It has previously worked in one usb port, but have had to move it to another, but no more left now.Is there a way to get windows to forget that the dongle has been used in a port? Reply： Hello, your dongle is for Ucancam Engraving Software V9 (standard version), it can’t run the ucancam pro version. ucancam can output Gcode, it has Post Processor, can set the format for your controller, pls give me a sample file to tech@ucancam.com, I will Config it for you。 ( 2012/08/10 )
