Message： Hello we have been using UCANCAM V9 for a while and it has been great bar a problem with crashing when working with lines purchased V10 but did not like menu changes so have continued with V9 both V9 and V10 installed fine. We have just purchased a copy of UCANCAM V11 to try it out. but keep getting an error when trying to start program “Failed to create empty document” do you have any idea what might be the problem. kind regards Martin Dickinson martind@visionon.net wanted to see how V11 was martin 2019/06/14

Message： I have installed uncancam pro on a new laptop running windows 10. On opening i get the message ‘specified module not found’ Also, all my tool paths are 2 mm lower on the Z axis when they are output to an NC file. Example: I want to engrave a line 1mm deep, the toolpath is output as Z-3.000 where it should be Z-1.000 Nathan Moore 2019/05/20

Message： Image is done on ucancam program and when transferred to hand held programmer for pt22 and starts to cut, it MOVES about 3 to 5 inches away from where i set it to make the cut and it cuts there instead. How do i fix this? Thankyou for your time! Nick 2019/05/14

Message： Hi, I saved EPS file on Illustrator.. CC 2018 Illustrator. And i cant import it to UcanCam Software. Only if i save is as CS4 Eps File.. Is there any way to import normal file. Im sick of save in CS4 eps.. Also it comes some extra shapes when i import it. Aaron 2019/04/29

Reply： ucancam just support CS4 Eps file, you can also save as dxf file in Illustrator. and import dxf file into ucancam. ( 2019/04/29 )

Message： hi, Iam using U cancam V9.7 vesrion. There is small problem iam facing. when i would like to draw a line from end point, mid point it is not selecting on exact point from where i would like to draw a line. Even though i take my mouse curser to exact location where i need to select it is starting slightly nearer but not exactly. can u solve this issue please. murali 2019/04/29
