Message： Hi there. My old computer crashed a few weeks ago. I recently bought a new computer and downloaded UcanNest onto it. I installed the new V11.2 and also downloaded a new driver for the smart USB dongle. When I go to open the program it says “No Dongle Found” what do I need to do!? I really need to get this going.
