Message： I have just had to replace my dongle with another due to the original one breaking (version 9/10), I purchased another standard version from Ucancam who very swiftly sent out to me (version 11) I use a windows xp 32 bit computer which was working fine on old dongle and works with the NC studios software for the machine. However, the message coming up is “Ucancam version 11 is not compatible with windows 32 bit” My colleague said his version of UC11 works ok for him on xp and windows 7 32 bit. Please can you let me know where I am going wrong on the install. I have inserted the down load key and followed instructions then it prompts to insert a card reader which I presume is dongle then finishes install . when I click on the icon it comes up with the message not compatible with 32 bit. Please help Mel 2020/11/26
