Message： I have installed Ucancam V8 on Windows XP in Virtual Machine of Windows 7 ultimate (the Xp mode) and verified that Jongle is ok: WinDrive and Dongle Key are working .Still I have problem to open Ucancam with message “dongle not found”.I have tried to re-install the program, uninstalling it and re-attaching dongle . Is it an english version for Cnc Router, also other software for Laser cutter is impossible to use because that “cannot copy files” ; someone has writted that it could be an incompatibility with antivirus softwares,could You help me ? Message： Hi,I have bought a Microtec Banner Printer and UCANCAM V8 from a UK seller. When I try to install the software it cannot read the Dat file, it says cannot read, followed by a lot of strange symbols DAT. I have the Dog Key number TF-7-1367. I think that the dat file may be chinese version as product manual is all chinese. The dealer is unable to assist as he is simply an importer.
