Message： Hi there,I have been using the Ucancam V8 for my router from last two years.But, suddenly, when I start my work today i saw some unusual behaviour. Whenever I am doing the profile machining by making inside, it is drawing the line outside and by making outside, it is drawing the line inside. Anybody help me tosort out this problem. Even I Uninstall the prog once and reinstall again but am facing teh same problem Mohammed 2010/06/22

Reply： Hi Oman The problem may result from two reasons:1,the graphic is not completely closed . 2,the graphic has overlaps Solution :Choosing menu “Modify”–“Delete overlay loop ” Then it’ll be ok. Pls try and for more problem ,come to us ! Best regards ! Serena ( 2010/06/22 )

Reply： Dear sir Would you ple uninstall and reinstall the software or u may try on another computer. Then when you has installed , pls check the ” Equipment supervisor “(My COMPUTER – ATTRIBUTE-HARDWARE- Equipment supervisor-Jungo)if the “Dog key”&”Windriver”are all available . Message： hello!!…i have some problems with ucancam v8.I’m working with a cnc engraving machine that have Ucancam software and another program called Ncstudio. Well, when I save e text or an image with ucancam, it save me as “.ucc” file, while Ncstudio only read “.nc” files… how can i convert ucc file into nc file?best regards francesco 2010/06/01

Reply： hello, first draw the design in UcanCam, then Select machining path function in toolpath menu，and create toolpath, then save it as G-code in toolpath->output，use the NCStudio output the G-code to your machine. ( 2010/06/01 )

Reply： Hi,Mr. Hans Braan.Thanks for your message.The problem you met may due to various reasons,such as your tool is too large to generate a toolpath, letters have cross or not closed etc. Would you ple just send me your file, and tell us your detailed parameters as the like.Or you may contact me on-line. Message： I use ucancam v8 and XP system.Program worked OK. But today I can’t start . I only can see the Cant find dongle key.The dongle key is put into usb. Usb in my computer works ok.I tried to instal program on the other computer. Results are the same.Task list is full,router is wating.Can you help me? grzegorz 2010/04/12

Plug in dongle, view the Device Manager,There is jungo options, there are two （dogkey and windiiver), if two options exist, Maybe the dongle is broken, Please tell me the dongle’s serial number, I send you a new version of the program, if results are the same, Please contact supplier, you need to change a new dongle.
