Message： Hello, I have a CNC plasma cutting machine. Using Ucancam V8,I recently created a shape to cut and then downloaded it into the pendant. Program will not run. I get an error message ‘FATAL ERROR ZHB BASE TRANSLATE.C 627’.Is this a mistake that I have made in Ucancam when creating the shape? Thanks Bryan 2010/08/30

Reply： Hello, create a processing path,and then save the path, Select Standard G code format options, If you can not run, pls set post. Now We have ucannest Software, that is specific Plasma software. ( 2010/08/30 )

Reply： Dear sir Would you ple uninstall and reinstall the software or u may try on another computer. Then when you has installed , pls check the ” Equipment supervisor “(My COMPUTER – ATTRIBUTE-HARDWARE- Equipment supervisor-Jungo)if the “Dog key”&”Windriver”are all available . Reply： Hello sir, sorry for my late reply. For your 3D drawings, only our Pro. Can be imported .Then if you are using V8 3D Engraving or Waveboard ，the drawings cannot be imported . Message： Hi there,I have been using the Ucancam V8 for my router from last two years.But, suddenly, when I start my work today i saw some unusual behaviour. Whenever I am doing the profile machining by making inside, it is drawing the line outside and by making outside, it is drawing the line inside. Anybody help me tosort out this problem.
