Message： hello!!…i have some problems with ucancam v8.I’m working with a cnc engraving machine that have Ucancam software and another program called Ncstudio. Well, when I save e text or an image with ucancam, it save me as “.ucc” file, while Ncstudio only read “.nc” files… how can i convert ucc file into nc file?best regards francesco 2010/06/01

Reply： hello, first draw the design in UcanCam, then Select machining path function in toolpath menu，and create toolpath, then save it as G-code in toolpath->output，use the NCStudio output the G-code to your machine. ( 2010/06/01 )

Plug in dongle, view the Device Manager,There is jungo options, there are two （dogkey and windiiver), if two options exist, Maybe the dongle is broken, Please tell me the dongle’s serial number, I send you a new version of the program, if results are the same, Please contact supplier, you need to change a new dongle.
