    1. Reply： Hello! the software program was changed，so the V9 version can not open the V8 files, you can save as dxf or eps format from V8 version, then import the files into the v9 version. ( 2010/12/06 )

Message： I have installed Ucancam V8 on Windows XP in Virtual Machine of Windows 7 ultimate (the Xp mode) and verified that Jongle is ok: WinDrive and Dongle Key are working .Still I have problem to open Ucancam with message “dongle not found”.I have tried to re-install the program, uninstalling it and re-attaching dongle . Is it an english version for Cnc Router, also other software for Laser cutter is impossible to use because that “cannot copy files” ; someone has writted that it could be an incompatibility with antivirus softwares,could You help me ? UcancamV8 software can’t run on Windows XP in Virtual Machine of Windows 7 or vista/win7.pls run ucancamv8 in win2000 or winXP. but the new version of ucancam v9 can run 2000,XP,vista and win7. we have ucannest version for Laser cutter，and it is not limited by Antivirus software.
