Message： Halo. I buy a CNC engraver and have a Ucancam V10 program. They send me a card to fit in my computer to communicate with the CNC machine. Message： I have problem in tool management, the tool list always keep disappear few days after I use it and when I open the tool management there is a pop up box which says “choose cylindrical tool” and all the tool list is gone after that I have tried to install the newer version of ucancam but it still has the same problem, when I tried to install the older version the tool list also isnt there Anton 2016/08/05

Message： Hi, Now I installed Ucancam v10.5 as you advised me and I see that is working perfectly with my old dongle but the same issue remain: The output size (from NcStudio ver 5.5.60) is bigger than the normal size. When Idraw a box with 100 Dx and 100 Dy in Ucancam, I get a box with about 20 cm squared after cutting. And it become a problem as I cannot cut small letters (tool limitation) because every time I have to reduce the size from Ucancam in order to get the normal size. Please, help. Regards. Ir.
