Message： My client is using your UcanCam V10 Pro. He is using free files to 3d engrave images. The first one went well no problems. When choosing toolpath on the second file the ucancam gave him an error : out of memory. The first file is 139mb and the second one with the error is 236mb. He is trying to use the “surface rough – Rough parallel” function. What could otherwise be the problem? Thank you in advance. Ronica Wright 2018/02/22

Message： Hello, How do I put bridges in the place I want them in V10? I have the video from the tutorial section of your site but it is based on V9. V10 doesnt have a Nesting tab at the top. I know how to add bridges in Profile Machining but I need to be able to move the bridge to a specific place. My work is getting destroyed because I cant put the correct bridge in.
