Message： I have the ucancam program with the dongle SN:PM14-1-0024. I am trying to install ucancam onto a windows 10 laptop. I belive it is version 9 that i am trying to install. Message： i changed computer, was running v10, download the new v11 version, install all correctly, and when i try to open it, shows me a error saying, “failed to create new document” and the program doesnt open. I uninstall and re install the software three times… e the same. Mendes 2018/09/13
