Reply： pls check item “DVD/CD_ROM” in your “device manager” of PC. make sure you have “generic USB Key USB DEVICE” when your dongle plug on usb port. ( 2019/10/30 )

Message： Hi! Is it possible somehow to run Ucancam software offline? (without dongle key). It’s old and it keep unplugging all the time or extract information about dongle and run it from HDD? Sometimes when someone move it a bit accidentally i did not get the message from software that dongle key has been removed and when I save file without dongle plugged in, my machine just freaking out ! It’s dangerous, in that case software change G CODE and equal with machine failure and tool damage. Thanks for your reply. Krystian 2019/10/25

Message： Hello I have just purchased V11 of Ucancam and the “Select by type” function does not appear to do anything. I want a quick way to select specific diameter circles within the drawing so a tool path can be applied to them only and disregard other circles of a different diameter. At he moment, all I can do is select each one manually by holding down the shift key and dragging a box around a few of them at at time and avoiding other circles that are concentric to them.
