Reply： “If you are using Artgrave 2002 Software to transfer the date, I think it is the very software you need. And if your machine has its own output software, you can use Ucancam V8 to generate the G code, then use output software to transfer date.” ( 2008/04/08 )

Message： I have a rabbit cutter and am using artcut which came with my cutter but am having problems loading the loading the software it has been working fine till now, it just says please insert the install disk which I have done but the software wont load any ideas Adrian 2008/03/26

Message： Hi I have purchased a plotter machine from the following site http://www.joyssewingmachines.co.uk/html/frameset_cutting.html Their model number is PF1350 Vinyl Sign Cutting Plotter When we came to load the drivers for the printer under the driver tab there were a lot of drivers however in the instruction manual it does not tell you what driver to select, there is no model number on the machine that helps me, can you assist me?We are trying to get the Artcut software to see the machine. Message： We bought a Jinan CNC Router which was delivered with Wentai Uncancam V8. The dongle is damaged so now we can not use the software. How can we become a replacement dongle. We have send e-mails to wentai several times but doesn’t get any answer. Ad 2008/03/13
