Message： Good dayWe have just imported a 1200mm x 1200mm router machine, but we are experiencing a problem with the programs.When we open the program and we wish to open a file or import or export, the program closes immediately. Message： It looks so easy.. I was thinking about it too.. But then I choose point a,b or c and save it and put it in machine and ir start not in that point wich I took! Here is a problem! And z axis not listening too ! I make 50mm but he goes down till maximum… But maximum is 80mm.. And I don`t understand why machine doing everything wrong! Justas 2009/03/10

Reply： Dear Sir/Madam I am sorry to hear that you have so many problems, but we try to solve them. As you know we have to choose different depth for different machining ,if you make 50mm ,machines should run 50mm as you choose ,but now you said the result is not the one as you expected ,I think here have several reasons : first maybe you machine has some problem , you can connect with the manufacturer of machine. Second ,I think maybe you ignore the detail of how to operate you machine or software ,please check again ,if you still cant solve the problem ,please tell us.Thanks ( 2009/03/10 )

Message： Hello! I need some explain how to start gravirating!Do u have any mannual > how to uze and work with gravirating machine? We got just book how to make picture and another things but nothing how to control machine.. How to set start point or how to control machine from computer.. We make picture with software and in toolpath we choose x,y,z points where to start out picture and save it and then saved file import to flash and put into machine and start from it! But machine starts not in that points wich we writed and z axis is not listening out directions at all! Maybe not in toolpath we should make cordinates where to start grave or what? I don`t have no more ideas.. Plz help me… Justas 2009/03/06

Reply： hello,when you save your toolpath,select toolpath->toolpath out,select standard Gcode in file format ,select point A at the base on featuer point,then put into machine and start from it!about how to control machine you can ask the Machinery manufacturer. ( 2009/03/06 )

Message： And make upgrades or uptades for your software! Because it is buged.. I install program to my computer,working with it and then I turn on computer next day I can`t run program again.. It drops me that shetty error “can`t create new document ” I don`t got antivirus programs and my xp is rewrited! And then I reopen program toolpath section from programs list is disapeared too! Message： Hello, I’ve bought Leicai Banner Printer with software Uncancam V8. I can’t print the imported files in gif, bmp,or jpg format, I can see it on the screen but the printer doesn’t print them like files which are made in the Uncancam program. Some functions of the program doesn’t work with imported files and what is most important the buttom “write” with printing function doesn’t work. What can I do with it??I’ve recived only Chinese version of manual owner how can I get the english version ?? Thank you for your help. Maciej. Maciej 2009/02/23

Reply： hello,ucancam can print Vector Graphics,but can’t print Bitmap,so you Should Convert bitmap to vector graphics,then print them. ( 2009/02/23 )
