Message： Hi I have had router supplied with ucan software. Today I plugged dongle in and it got hot and smells like electrical burning. The computer now keeps showing that port has exceeded available power and shuts down. How can I get new dongle quickly. (This is only 6 weeks old). Message： I am using XP Pro Service Pack 2. Artcut 6 Used to work. When I click the icon to start the program it says, “Insert CDR and click OK”, I have done this MANY times. Many people who bought your software have done this MANY times. The fast is that YOU need to give us SUPPORT as a growing company if we will continue using your software with our money. I’m sure I am not the only one who wants a REAL answer here. How about a better answer than, “Insert Graphic Disk”, or “Disable your Antivirus”, because I have done those things.
