Message： I use ucancam v8 and XP system.Program worked OK. But today I can’t start . I only can see the Cant find dongle key.The dongle key is put into usb. Usb in my computer works ok.I tried to instal program on the other computer. Results are the same.Task list is full,router is wating.Can you help me? grzegorz 2010/04/12

Plug in dongle, view the Device Manager,There is jungo options, there are two （dogkey and windiiver), if two options exist, Maybe the dongle is broken, Please tell me the dongle’s serial number, I send you a new version of the program, if results are the same, Please contact supplier, you need to change a new dongle. Reply： hello, you can import graphics or draw graphics, enter symbol library and select my library, select the graphic that you want to save, then click the “Save” button, a new graphic will be saved in my library , and that can be directly invoked later. ( 2010/03/15 )
