Message： Hi, I got a CNC machine that brings your software Ucancam V8, but i can not use it because when I run it displays the following error: Failed to create empty document.I tried to install it on three different computers, all with windows XP without any anti-virus installed. Reply： Dear sir Would you ple uninstall and reinstall the software or u may try on another computer. Then when you has installed , pls check the ” Equipment supervisor “(My COMPUTER – ATTRIBUTE-HARDWARE- Equipment supervisor-Jungo)if the “Dog key”&”Windriver”are all available . Reply： Hello sir, sorry for my late reply. For your 3D drawings, only our Pro. Can be imported .Then if you are using V8 3D Engraving or Waveboard ，the drawings cannot be imported . Message： Hi there,I have been using the Ucancam V8 for my router from last two years.But, suddenly, when I start my work today i saw some unusual behaviour. Whenever I am doing the profile machining by making inside, it is drawing the line outside and by making outside, it is drawing the line inside. Anybody help me tosort out this problem. Well, when I save e text or an image with ucancam, it save me as “.ucc” file, while Ncstudio only read “.nc” files… how can i convert ucc file into nc file?best regards francesco 2010/06/01

Reply： hello, first draw the design in UcanCam, then Select machining path function in toolpath menu，and create toolpath, then save it as G-code in toolpath->output，use the NCStudio output the G-code to your machine. ( 2010/06/01 )
