Message： I am purchased CNC router machine from china with they they give your UCANCAM V9 Software cd with one card reader pen drive (USB dongle) when I run wtsetup.exe file This message appears ” Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file, you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item” Please suggested me how I will instal this software quickly. mahesh 2011/12/19

Reply： Hello, if you download the ucancam V9.5.Eng&pro, but have no dongle, you can’t run the program;the serial number is on the dongle. ( 2011/12/06 )

Message： I have set the post processor in Ucancam to output arcs but it only works properly when used with the Profile Machining toolpath. If I try to use an Area Clearance toolpath, then I have to edit each toolpath by using the Arc Fit tool, otherwise the Gcode is all G01 moves and ends up being much, much larger than it needs to be and wastes a lot of time. Please make all toolpaths use arcs where possible and let the post processor convert back to lines if that is what the controler needs. Martin 2011/12/05
