  1. Message： I am using UcanCam v9.7 to produce nc files for Nc Studio. All has been working well for several months. However today I tried to produce a profile from a .dxf file and although it seemed to work in UcanCam simulation, when I transferred it to the machine one of the arcs did not cut correctly. The start and end points were correct but the radius was wrong. What could be wrong? Thank you. Bob 2013/06/28

I using an Ucancam v 9 not a much time, and i have problems with dimentions of the working area,when am convert files in to profile mashining, program is adding couple mm of each side from point 0(named home)and for the right working i have take off thous mm,how i understand its half cutter diametr i hope what i”m explicated well.     1. Reply： Hello, you can select the cut position, On,Outside or Inside. On: The tool center axis is along the original drawing. Outside: Cut along the outer contour of the drawing. Inside: Cut along the inner contour of the drawing. ( 2013/06/24 )
