I Ucancam V8 installed on my computer with Windows XP but when I try to run the ZHBUSBConnect_E file does not run and I get a warning “does not open or Controller USB not connected” after I click accept,leave another warning “Unable to create empty document”.The manual states that I use ZHBUSBHOST.exe G code file to download file to control card, but nothing happens, the control card is connected.I do not know what to do, please help.Sicerely,Julio Alvarado Peru Julio Alvarado 2009/12/04

  6. Message： Hi I have had router supplied with ucan software. Today I plugged dongle in and it got hot and smells like electrical burning. The computer now keeps showing that port has exceeded available power and shuts down. How can I get new dongle quickly. (This is only 6 weeks old). Many people who bought your software have done this MANY times. The fast is that YOU need to give us SUPPORT as a growing company if we will continue using your software with our money. I’m sure I am not the only one who wants a REAL answer here. How about a better answer than, “Insert Graphic Disk”, or “Disable your Antivirus”, because I have done those things.     1. Reply： If Artcut(2002/2005) software keeps asking you to insert the install cd-r, then press OK! But cannot access the program!Please go to Control Panel–>Date/Time property–>Time Zone, uncheck Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes. ( 2009/11/04 )
