After installation, first time I start the program it works ok, but after that it sometimes doesn’t start at all (“Failed to create empty document”), or starts but for example “Toolpath” -menu is gone. Message： Hello , I have purchased Ucancam from a retailer , I have the CD and the dongle , I have installed the software and the smart card reader software for the dongle , when I try to open Ucancam , it shows me the following error”THIS APPLICATION HAS FAILED TO START BECAUSE THE APPLICATION CONFIGURATION IS INCORRECT,INSTALLING THE APPLICATION AGAIN MAY FIX THIS PROBLEM ” I have tried to uninstall & re-install several times , but I get the same error each time.
