Reply： “Failed to create empty document.” it means your dongle is not matched with the software version. for example , you run ucancam Pro with ucancam standard version dongle. ( 2023/05/16 )

Message： Been using Ucancam for 14 years! Version 12 arrived and I installed it. Created a box 230mm square at origin 0,0 and a cut depth with a 6mm cutter on the line set to 6mm cut depth. The Gcode produced or general CNC makes box 485mm x 485mm !! and cuts to a depth of -12.660 ?? Why is this crazy thing happening????? Simon 2023/05/10
