Message： I have Ucancam Version 9.3 Dongle Serial No.WM11-3-0006 I installed Ucancam 9.8 hoping my dongle would be OK! But it does not work. I Un-installed V9.8 but still version 9.3 does not work 🙁 I un-installed ALL Ucancam and re-installed V9.3 but it still does not work 🙁 Please help, How can I get V9.3 to work again? Message： Hi, I am asking for the 3rd time!! I installed Ucancam V9.3 Wavebaord, working fine. I installed Ucancam V9.8 Standard, This does not work with my dongle. NOW I cannot use anything!!!!!! How can I use Version 9.3 again???? Is there a registry entry stopping me?? Simon 2014/03/03

Message： Hello I recently had a problem and was getting the error message ucancam.exe was not a valid win 32 application The company I purchased the plasma table from sent me a new CD and that fix that problem now I’m getting the error message failed to create a empty document The software version is v9.7 The sn# m13-4-0026 I triad it on a computer with Windows 7 A computer with windows XP and a computer or Windows 8 I get the same message on all of them thank you for a help David 2014/02/25

Message： Using Ucancam with Auto Banner Printer Cutter, when I send to cut it cuts a piece of letter & stops. Replaced eprom chip but still nothing. Do I need to clear cache/buffer. How do I do this? Your help will be much appreciated. Thanks Niki 2014/02/24
