  9. Message： Hi, I have Ucannest 10 that was packaged with my Baileigh Plasma table. I have a blue USP drive With Serial Number (PM14-2-0023), etc. on it and a smaller silver one. I cannot start Ucannest with either. Which is the dongle and what is the solution? Do I have to buy a new copy? Thanks Bill 2016/01/18
    1. Reply： Yes, your dongle is for ucannest software. maybe you don’t install the dongle driver. you can uninstall ucannest, and reinstall again(don’t cancel the last step) ( 2016/01/18 )
