  2. Message： I have just installed UCancam V10 on my PC. For some reason it won’t let me import a DXF file into it, it’s telling me that there’s an error. Is there something I’ve got to do to enable imports or is there something I can try to see if it will work? This is really urgent and unfortunately I can’t figure it out; any advice would be great.   9. Message： Whenever I import a file to work with, and click on the 3D icon to view it, the image disappears. What must I do to correct that?
