Message： Dear Sirs, I am a teacher in a high school. We have UCANCAM V10.5. We work on AutoCad during classes. We cannot import 3D files from AutoCad to UCANCAM. The problem will probably be solved by UCANCAM PRO. If so, I have a question. Do you provide free updates to the PRO version for schools? Our equipment and software are used only for teaching future CNC operators. We do not do any commissioned work and we do not enter into any commercial contracts. Message： I have ucancam v10 professional version ….it’s not giving me accurate results…. Example .. when i draw a circle of 50mm diameter on Ucancam then the machine cut a circle of 170mm and i have tried with different tools it still give the problem AMA 2018/03/13

Message： My client is using your UcanCam V10 Pro. He is using free files to 3d engrave images. The first one went well no problems. When choosing toolpath on the second file the ucancam gave him an error : out of memory. The first file is 139mb and the second one with the error is 236mb. He is trying to use the “surface rough – Rough parallel” function. What could otherwise be the problem? Thank you in advance. Ronica Wright 2018/02/22

Message： Hi, I’m having some trouble to open some old .ucc files. it Show the “unexpected file format” mensage when i try to oppening. I’m already did try to iniciate the program before and open the file inside, but did’n work. Some tips? thanks! SamuelGerber 2018/02/22
