Message： Hi I was using Ucancam 10.5 on Windows 7. then, I upgraded to V11.0 and Windows 10. But I got the error message ‘the dongle not found’. is it not interconverted windows 10? or I need to download other driver? please relpy. thank you! HWANGER 2018/10/24

Reply： there are 2 reasons. 1. you donn’t install the driver of dongle. pls chech the sub fold : drv\dongle install.exe 2. your dongle is for V9, it can not run V11 software. ( 2018/10/24 )

Message： Hi I was using Ucancam 10.5 and then upgraded to V11.0 When I Run programme on my machine using V11.0 I get X+ error. If I use V10.5 and then I get format error. I suspect some sort off conflict between V10.5 and V11 Kevin 2018/10/22

Reply： Hi Ucancam don’t need to set the thickness of workpiece material. you just need to set the origin point of toolpath in outputting the toolpath. ( 2018/10/19 )
