Message： I am trying to Download the V11 on my Surface Book 3 windows 10 but it says it cant open ini file. I can download off my disc onto new CPU but I want to get the current version. It also says dongle not found. What version do I use under download Page. It has Download 1 and 2? It is for a Plasma Machine from Baileigh and my CPU is Windows 10 64bit Robert 2021/06/15

Message： Hello, I have Ucancam V11 which I use on Windows XP & Windows 10. When I save from XP I can open the file in Win 10 but if I save a file in Win 10 I can’t open it in XP. Can you help please? Regards Warren Warren 2021/05/31

Reply： Hi The newest ucancam version can not run on WinXP. maybe your ucacnam Version on WinXp and Win10 is diffrent. if I save a file in Win 10 on higher ucancam version. you can not open it on lower version on WinXP. ( 2021/05/31 )

Message： my customer use V11 Standard version. Recently found output suddenly G-code X Y Z value had become multiply by 2.11 times. It had happen to 2 customers with similar 2.11 value in 2 different place. Can i know what the root cause it? Please advice CL 2021/05/06

Message： I tried running a file and the post-processor file was erased. When it created the gcode for the file, the conversion from inches to mm is off by almost 2.5x. I tried restarting, reinstalling the program, still it does the same thing. I am using version 10 Matt Abel 2021/03/19
