I received your software with my Baileigh Plasma cutter which originally came with Ucancam V9 SN:PM14-2-0010 and after upgrading my computer I am trying to reinstall the latest version so that I may continue using your product like before.   6. Message： I am trying to Download the V11 on my Surface Book 3 windows 10 but it says it cant open ini file. I can download off my disc onto new CPU but I want to get the current version. It also says dongle not found. What version do I use under download Page. It has Download 1 and 2? It is for a Plasma Machine from Baileigh and my CPU is Windows 10 64bit Robert 2021/06/15

    1. Reply： Hi The newest ucancam version can not run on WinXP. maybe your ucacnam Version on WinXp and Win10 is diffrent. if I save a file in Win 10 on higher ucancam version. you can not open it on lower version on WinXP. ( 2021/05/31 )
