Message： hi there I have a small problem I use art cutt 2000 and when I am done desinging I start to cut but my O’s or other letters with a round edge are being cut they seem to cut into the letter so the is a bit missing I have never had a perfect O yet why is this please help thanks Gavin abell 2008/05/04

Message： How do you get the cursor to turn back into a cursor, after, for example, selecting the circle drawing tool and you then want to turn the tool back into the cursor, (to hold down control and drag a line through it to select it)how do you turn it back to a cursor? P.S. your software is just great, easy to learn. I have never used software to program cnc before and this is so easy to learn and use. Thanks Mike 2008/04/18

Message： Hi we purchassed your software from ebay, when we received it we have the Artcut software but we only receive one CD, I have found out that we need the second CD. The CD we have is the one on the left hand side English/German Version. How can I get the other CD on the right hand side. George 2008/04/11

Message： hi,I have a rabbit plotter 360. I worked with artcut2005 very well, till now. The Artcut programm, won’t start anymore and askes for the 2end cd. Message： Hi . I am having problems importing DXF files into Ucancam. If I have drawn anything with circles in our drawing programme and then deleted part of the circle, I then export it in DXF and import it into Ucancam it opens showing the deleted parts of the circles. Message： hi there , problem with artcut cutting plotter 1360, can open software but does not cut vniyl on printer (communication to printer)please assist I am running windows XP , do I need special drivers or must I also install service pack 1 or 2 ASH 2008/04/09

Reply： hello my friend, we are the manufacturer of the software only, and you should select the model of you machine accordingly. We can work on 98, 2000, XP, Vista, no matter SP1 , SP2, or the SP3 at hand.If your windows is not 98, pls click cut\plot–>setup–> sequential control, check the 2nd and 3rd option. ( 2008/04/09 )

Reply： “If you are using Artgrave 2002 Software to transfer the date, I think it is the very software you need. And if your machine has its own output software, you can use Ucancam V8 to generate the G code, then use output software to transfer date.” ( 2008/04/08 )
