    1. Reply： We have both English version and Simplified Chinese version, but they are not the same one. I mean you can not convert English version into Chinese version, and vice versa. you can buy the software and dongle from us. ( 2008/10/14 )

  5. Message： I just installed Artcut Software V6.1.6.I am having a problem with it consistantly sending files to be cut to my Refine MH721 Cutter. Sometimes it cuts, sometimes it just does nothing when I select Cut/Plot.The cutter is connected to my PC with a USB connection through COM1.Thanks for any help – so far I have found your software easy to work with and hope we can fix this issue SOON!   9. Message： Hi, I bought ucancam V8 software for waveboard.I installed the software following the instruction. Open and run the program. After saving the file, I try to re-open the saved files. But the programs says “Failed to Open Document” I re-install the software but the problem remains.And sometimes, while working on a file, the program shut downs by itself. How to solve this?     1. Reply： If you want to reopen it. you should save the vectors as .UCC or .eps etc. But after you save it as a G code(toolpath), surely you can not open it with UCancam ( 2008/08/06 )
