Message： yea, I am having the same troubles as everyone else, it says to insert the cd-rom when I try to open artcut software, I tried reinstalling everything and I went to the daylight savings settings and unchecked that, is there anything else I could try to get this up and running ? Reply： If Artcut(2002/2005) software keeps asking you to insert the install cd-r, then press OK! But cannot access the program! Please go to Control Panel–>Date/Time property–>Time Zone, uncheck Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes. Try to change the time of your windows to year 2008, or change the time zone. ( 2009/03/16 )

Message： It looks so easy.. I was thinking about it too.. But then I choose point a,b or c and save it and put it in machine and ir start not in that point wich I took! Here is a problem! And z axis not listening too ! I make 50mm but he goes down till maximum… But maximum is 80mm.. And I don`t understand why machine doing everything wrong! Justas 2009/03/10

Reply： Dear Sir/Madam I am sorry to hear that you have so many problems, but we try to solve them. As you know we have to choose different depth for different machining ,if you make 50mm ,machines should run 50mm as you choose ,but now you said the result is not the one as you expected ,I think here have several reasons : first maybe you machine has some problem , you can connect with the manufacturer of machine. Second ,I think maybe you ignore the detail of how to operate you machine or software ,please check again ,if you still cant solve the problem ,please tell us.Thanks ( 2009/03/10 )
