Message： I recently bought a 3d router, and included a box with Ucancam V8.22. I see you released V9, Hello, I bought the V9 2010 editition now. – It has to arrive. Ucancam V9 3D CNC Engraver Software In my company we use an old Chiron CNC machine from Chiron. Is the software able to generate code for the Chiron machine(Industrial metal works machine)? The machine has to drill holes into cats iron and it also is milling windings with an other tool. – The machine is changing tools you know. Is it possible to generate toolpaths for windings ? Further I want to buy a TONSEN machine, Can you tell me what this machine would cost in EURO ? Pavle Dukanovi 2011/03/31

Reply： Hello,Ucancam v9 can generate g-code, it has Post processing, you can set the gcode for your machine. If you don’t know how to set, pls give me an example file(nc).I will help you, but I don’t know the cost of the TONSEN machine ( 2011/03/31 )

Message： I recently bought a 3d router, and included a box with Ucancam V8.22. I see you released V9, I am attempting to install the v9 of ucancam. Intallation is done but when trying to open the program i end up with an error message saying the application configuration is incorrect. Dongle is istalled.Please note that this program was previously installed on this computer and working fine. However I needed to get a system restore and trying to re-install Ucancam. Reply： hello, your ucancam V8 can’t run win7, can run win2000 and winxp, so if you want to run ucancam in win7, you need change the dongle for V9. ( 2011/03/18 )

Message： Hi In ucancam i have an eps file and i want to create the toolpath for insert machining. I create toolpath but sometimes it takes too long and freezes so i have to make separate smaller pieces And sometimes big problem, it creates toolpath for some letters and other letters it does not, it missing some toolpath for some characters. Usually it makes the blue line for the toolpath but some charaters it does not make the line and then in ncstudio it does not cut some characters Please help Andre 2011/03/04
