I have updated to the new version, but when the program starts I get a message. ” failed to create new document” I have uninstalled old version and re-installed but still get the same message. You said I must not unistall dongle driver, but when installing the new version it automatically removes the old dongle driver Pieter Visser 2011/07/21
    1. Reply: if your dongle driver is not installed successlly. pls restart your system and reinstall the dongle driver. Open the directory which UCanCam exist in. and open the sub fold Drv, run the file dongleinstall.exe.then plug your dongle, that will be ok! ( 2011/07/21 )
