Embosssing machining
    Embosssing machining is mainly used in making rounded characters of shapes. There are two types in embossing: concave machining and convex. The operation of embossing machining is quite easy, and it is widely used in such fields as embossment sign boards, breast card, furniture, metallic moulds, printing, etc.

Use 3D curve creation wave plank
    Besides using Wentai V8 wave plank software to create wave plank, you can also create wave plank path with the 3D curve. Ex. create a piece of straight wave plank of 2440 mms*the 1220 mms as following way:
1.Draw two wave lines: use the wave curving tool to complete, you'd better use wave line tool to make directly. Click "draw wave line" order, it will pop up a dialog box as figure 1, choose sine curve shape in the dialog box, set parameter, and click OK. The standard wave line comes out. wave line tool wave line parameters unit lenth unit height preview ok cancel As shown in Figure 2 the wave crest and trough of two wave lines are opposites!

2.path to make "profile": machine the wave line respectively, choose the order "profile machining", choosing ball nose of Φ 30 Η16,depth 8. choose anti-clockwise to machine the profile, as shown in figure 3

3: Tool path transform and edit: clicking TOOL PATH/TOOL PATH TRANSFORM on the menu bar to revolve 90 degree according to the horizontal axle wire, born a 3D curve path. Click tool path edit to finish it.

4: beeline duplication: selects each path respectively, choose order: “beeline replication”, as shown in figure 5, inputs spacing 76 in the dialog box, after the choice of beginning and ending point, click the left key of mouse to finish. Result as shown in figure 6.
